Returns and Refunds Policy

Once the order is placed on the website, we will not be able to cancel the order or take returns. 

We do not offer or take returns. However in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will replace your product with the same/ similar product.

To initiate the replacement order, you will need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Write to us at contact@yummtumz.com, along with the details of delivery and image(s) of the damaged product.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement. We will initiate the replacement process alongside receiving the details of the damaged/missing items. The replacement item will be shipped to you.

We do not offer refunds for any product or order.
